3. Subfloor & Structural Site Evaluation Disclaimer

• Online quotes, preliminary estimate forms, and initial visual inspections are non-binding estimates based on visible surface conditions.
• MP Hardwood Flooring cannot guarantee subfloor conditions hidden beneath existing carpeting, old tile layers, or sub-paneling. If hidden structural joist rot, unlevel concrete slabs, or termite damage are discovered during demolition, additional structural repairs and costs will be required before final surface installation can proceed.
